- The UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising, Sales Promotion, and Direct Marketing (CAP Code).
- The UK Code of Broadcast Advertising (BCAP Code) for any broadcast media.
- Relevant sector-specific guidelines and regulations (e.g., for health, finance, or alcohol-related ads).
5. Green claims and sustainability
Environmental claims in our advertisements will:
- Be accurate and not misleading.
- Specify the scope and limitations of any sustainability or eco-friendly benefits.
- Include evidence to back claims, such as certifications or third-party verifications.
